About HHHA
Helping Hands Home Assistance provides
home-based care to people who need assistance
with daily living and require some level
of care to remain in their home. Our
services come in four categories: companion care, personal care, homemaking, and case management & information referral services.
Companion care consists of assistance
with basic tasks such as meal preparation,
running errands, daily reminders or simple
companionship.
Personal care consists of any type
of care that requires physical assistance,
but does not require the services of a
registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical
nurse (LPN). This includes getting in
and out of beds and chairs, bathing, dressing,
and using the toilet or changing diapers,
wound care, etc.
Homemaking consists of daily living
activities to ensure a clean and safe
home.
Case Management and Information Referral consists of a need assessment that optimizes the client's formal and informal support networks. This service provides needed community resources through a free, immediately accessible information and referral service for health and community issues as well as local business and government communications.
Helping Hands Home Assistance does not
offer services required of a registered
nurse or licensed practical nurse.
While we primarily provide care in clients'
homes, we also provide care in nursing
homes, assisted living facilities, and
hospital environments.
Helping Hands Home Assistance is certified by the State of Tennessee to operate a home care business in the State of Tennessee. Helping Hands
Home Assistance's offices are located at 9123 Cross Park Dr. Ste. 150 in Knoxville, TN 37923.
