 Helping Hands Home Assistance is a non-profit organization that provides in-home medical and non-medical services to the elderly, the infirmed, and people with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Metro Atlanta area.
At Helping Hands Home Assistance we have the best health care providers in the industry and we strive to maintain long-term relationships with our clients and health care professionals.
We provide skilled nursing services, patient and family education, wound care, bowel and bladder program, diabetic teaching and care, medication management, tracheotomy and ventilator care, catheter care, central and port maintenance and management as well as other services ordered by the physician, companion care, personal care, and homemaking services 7 days a week, 24 hours per day as needed. Although most of our clients require care within their own homes, we also provide care within hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
Helping Hands Home Assistance also provides case management and information and referral services. These services include conducting need assessments that optimize the client's formal and informal support networks.
